Navy Bean Soup 16 oz bag navy beans 1 small omion chopped 3 slices smoked bacon chopped (or 1 ham hock) salt and pepper to taste 10 cups water (or chicken broth) Set IP to saute, cook bacon until crisp, then add onion. When onion is soft add beans, water/broth, salt & pepper Set IP on pressure cook for 23 minutes. When done do a 10 minute release If it's too thin take a cup out of the pot and blend until smooth, add to pot and stir.
